Bodybuilding Diet
The point of The Bodybuilding Diet is to eliminate fat while building muscle at the same time. The foods in this diet are high protein and filled with complex carbohydrates. If you are not a person who enjoys working out then this diet is not for you. It requires a lot of serious time in the gym.
A day on this diet starts out with 45 minutes of cardiovascular workout as soon as you wake up. Breakfast should consist of oatmeal, an egg-white omelet, and whey protein. Three hours later, you should have a chicken breast with a tablespoon of flax oil.
The next two meals should contain fruit juice, egg-whites, and more whey protein. Weight training should follow in the afternoon. The amount of weight training varies with each person. Some may be able to handle more repetitions than others, but the main goal is to hit each muscle group in the body.
Three more meals should be eaten every two hours. These again should contain high protein and complex carbohydrate foods. In order to achieve consistent weight loss, it is important to eat every few hours to speed up your metabolism. The diet can be followed for as long as desired. It is essential to eat the right foods along with physical exercise in order to lose weight and build muscle.
